Purchased a new set of tires from Mike, and was treated as a friend and a valued client.

I brought the car in for tire rotation. The work was done sooner than I expected (I was waiting), but they also discovered a fatal problem with one of the tires (damaged beyond repair). I was so relieved that they replaced it (still under warranty) and my only expense was labor and tax. I was truly thankful that you saved me from being stuck on the side of the road!
