The team at EDH Big O always treat us like family. Excellent knowledge of product and services. Never tries to oversell us and makes sure we have the best products possible. We always go to Big O first!

Chris and the Team at Big O in El Dorado Hills do a great job. I took my FJ in for balance and rotation. Picked up the FJ and drove a few miles and noticed there was a vibration in the front end. Took it back, talked to Chris and they put it back on the rack and used a different balancing machine which identified that one of my tires was out of round. They took the tire off the rim, rotated the tire on the rim and re-balanced. Problem solved. Chris also answered my questions about the Big-O All Terrain tire versus the BF Goodrich. Chris's explanation of the rubber compounds, tire design and best performance environment for the tire gave me the information I needed for when my tires are to be replaced...will be buying those Big-O tires.
