Big O Tires

The team at EDH Big O always treat us like family. Excellent knowledge of product and services. Never tries to oversell us and makes sure we have the best products possible. We always go to Big O first!

I transitioned from Goodyear in Shingle Springs last year. These guys are great.

Chris and the Team at Big O in El Dorado Hills do a great job. I took my FJ in for balance and rotation. Picked up the FJ and drove a few miles and noticed there was a vibration in the front end. Took it back, talked to Chris and they put it back on the rack and used a different balancing machine which identified that one of my tires was out of round. They took the tire off the rim, rotated the tire on the rim and re-balanced. Problem solved. Chris also answered my questions about the Big-O All Terrain tire versus the BF Goodrich. Chris's explanation of the rubber compounds, tire design and best performance environment for the tire gave me the information I needed for when my tires are to be replaced...will be buying those Big-O tires. I have all of my service done and tire purchases from the EDH Big O. They are knowledgeable and courteous. I came by this past Saturday because I had my brake pads replaced and the driver front was making an annoying squeak. I was hoping that I could get a quick fix, but was able to drop it off for a couple hours for them to take a look at. I somehow missed the phone call that my truck was done. I called them and they said it was ready to be picked up. When I got there the technician that worked on my truck had left for lunch and the notes on the tag were confusing and not related to the brakes. I was told it was fixed, but I left not confident that the problem was resolved. As I was backing my truck up, two employees came out and stopped me. It was the technician who had worked on my truck. He said that I had a groove in my disc possibly from a rock and that he had resurfaced it and sanded the pads down. The one time I thought was going to be a bad experience turned out to be an exceptional one! I feel they went above and beyond to remedy the issue at no charge. The squeak is gone and you have a happy repeat customer. Thank you.
