These guys are experts in all aspects of what they do. They usually have what you need in stock, but if not, they will happily get it for you on short-notice. Not only are their prices are very competitive, but in this case, they helped me selecting a more common size that had way more options, fit my needs better, and saved me over $50/tire compared to the oddball ones that were on my vehicle. I was out of there in a little over an hour and my truck has never felt better on the road. Thanks guys, I'll see you again every time I need tires...

I have all of my service done and tire purchases from the EDH Big O. They are knowledgeable and courteous. I came by this past Saturday because I had my brake pads replaced and the driver front was making an annoying squeak. I was hoping that I could get a quick fix, but was able to drop it off for a couple hours for them to take a look at. I somehow missed the phone call that my truck was done. I called them and they said it was ready to be picked up. When I got there the technician that worked on my truck had left for lunch and the notes on the tag were confusing and not related to the brakes. I was told it was fixed, but I left not confident that the problem was resolved. As I was backing my truck up, two employees came out and stopped me. It was the technician who had worked on my truck. He said that I had a groove in my disc possibly from a rock and that he had resurfaced it and sanded the pads down. The one time I thought was going to be a bad experience turned out to be an exceptional one! I feel they went above and beyond to remedy the issue at no charge. The squeak is gone and you have a happy repeat customer. Thank you.

Great-Place to have your vehicle serviced. 4-days-go Truck front-end work such ball-joints and upper control brushing was requested and a side-order of rear-brakes services was required. Total Job completed on time. Thank you Chris, James and the Brake-guy.
