Big O Tires

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE EDH BIG O SINCE THE DAY CHRIS OPENED FOR BUSINESS. I ALWAYS FEEL LIKE THEY WANT TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF ME AND MY FAMILY.THEY DO EVEN MORE THAN THEY NEED TO DO. I ALWAYS KNOW THAT I CAN DEPEND ON THEM TO DO THINGS RIGHT FOR ME.

I have all of my service done and tire purchases from the EDH Big O. They are knowledgeable and courteous. I came by this past Saturday because I had my brake pads replaced and the driver front was making an annoying squeak. I was hoping that I could get a quick fix, but was able to drop it off for a couple hours for them to take a look at. I somehow missed the phone call that my truck was done. I called them and they said it was ready to be picked up. When I got there the technician that worked on my truck had left for lunch and the notes on the tag were confusing and not related to the brakes. I was told it was fixed, but I left not confident that the problem was resolved. As I was backing my truck up, two employees came out and stopped me. It was the technician who had worked on my truck. He said that I had a groove in my disc possibly from a rock and that he had resurfaced it and sanded the pads down. The one time I thought was going to be a bad experience turned out to be an exceptional one! I feel they went above and beyond to remedy the issue at no charge. The squeak is gone and you have a happy repeat customer. Thank you.

On our way to vacation in the mountains and my tire was almost flat! They fixed the tire in less time than expected and the staff was very personable. Thank you for saving the day!

They fixed a flat, replaced tire pressure sensors, changed brake and power steering fluids, all in about two hours while I waited. Chris and his team know their customers and always try to exceed expectations. They give an honest assessment of what I need, and deliver it at a fair price. That is what keeps me coming back.

Likes always, the staff at this location are the best. Very very sincere, helpful, and trustworthy. Time and again they have had the chance to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge and never have. Thank you!

Since I'm not a mechanic I'm not qualified to rate the quality of service or knowledge expertise as excellent. However, when there is a problem I receive an explanation of what broke and what the part does. I ask a lot of questions and all of them are answered respectfully and with patience, this is very appreciated. When I've had to come in for other situations that don't require a service but do require attention, I'm dealt with the same respect. I've stayed with Big O for this reason and although I recently moved to Chico, I was in town and came back to EDH for my rotation (where a poor alignment was confirmed to me and it was fixed). When I need tires, I'll be back. Thank you.

I have known Chris, the owner, for over 20 years now. I always bring my vehicles to him for tires, brakes, and other services. He knows me by name and his staff are very friendly. I highly recommend taking your vehicles to him for the Big O experience that Chris offers.

I've been going here for years. Last week I got two screws in two different tires on our newer vehicle(tires that came with the vehicle),they fixed the tires at no charge. Great customer service!!
