I have been taking my vehicles to the Big O Store in El Dorado Hills for nearly 20 years. We moved out of EDH 6 years ago but I still drive back up the hill for service. I have confidence in everything they do and trust they will not up sell me on work that doesn't need to be performed.

Been active with this Big O since they opened... primary reason is Trust... they will fix it, refer me, tell me they haven't got a clue or if it's simple take care of it at no charge... and yes I keep them honest by always getting three quotes for major repairs/purchases.

Over all the service on my car was great. But the owner Chris is a complete A**hole!!!! The young man that worked on my car did a great job, but the owner came out and yelled at him cussing and screaming!! Called him dumb and an idiot!!! I have to say i will not go there again when the owner is there. He has a wonderful team of people working for him. But he is and dumb, ignorant, and rude!! He was talking to the sells men about some married woman's breast and butt. I found it offended and i well not go there again when the owner is there.
