Excellent customer service. I have been going to Big O in El Dorado Hills for 15 years or so now. I have come to know Chris the owner, Eli and others that work there. They are always very friendly and go above and beyond to help me with my needs. I hear the employees talking to other customers when I am there and they are very professional and eager to help everyone. I have full confidence in Big O in El Dorado Hills to help me with whatever need I my have with my car's.

Chris and his team dispense expert advice and are great at doing their jobs. Chris suggested a less expensive tire for our needs and I couldnt be happier with our new Continentals. Why go anywhere else?
