Wait was long, but not unexpected.

Chris is amazing. Even when he's helping other customers, he always acknowledges me by name and remembers my car's history. I would never go anywhere else for servicing unless it's something that his shop doesn't do.

I have always received great service at the El Dorado Hills Big O store. Everyone is committed to provide excellent service and the best products for each customer.

I definitely disagree with BigO's policy of refusing to rotate tires that are judged too worn to rotate. Also, I object to not replacing only 2 tires on an AWD vehicle if only 2 need replacement. This may be due to an alignment problem that the front tires wear excessively, but the rear are fine, I was told all 4 need to be replaced at the same time for safety/performance?? I ended up going to someone else to rotate my tires even though BigO provides "free"� rotations. Please revisit your policies and explanations to knowledgeable customers.

I recently sent my daughter in for a new set of tires, Chris had to have a set of tires sent from another store so in the same day my daughter returned to have the tires installed and balanced without a hitch,this is why I will always return and send anyone else I know to this big o tire shop.

I'm very upset about the tires I was sold. Your employees are very professional and it is not that, that's the problem. It is your tires. These tires are cupping make tons of noise and my gas mileage has went downhill big time. I'm running super low air pressure that affects gas mileage and ride. They were sold as buy 4 get one free. Well that is all good but the tires have cost me money in front end alignments and the whole front end has been gone through to the cost of close to a grand. I never had a front end issue until I put you Big O tires on. I want to get rid of your brand and put some other brand on but feel it is your tire that has been the issue and feel you have some obligation here. Feel free to contact me at 510-305-2449 thank you

Marty is always good, but Eli handled most of my transaction with speed and accuracy. He noted the special requests and concerns I had, and everything was taken care of as usual. Chris is the man and needs to give these guys a pat on the back or a raise!

The team at this location is extremely friendly and helpful. They are a "notch" above the competition. We have other choices, such as American Tires and AAA, we can make. However, we have been a loyal customer for over 20 years since this store opened. Keep it up!
