Big O Tires

Eli was excellent at helping me. However, there was a problem in that my floor mat and side where floor mat meets were soiled with oil from attendant's shoes. Also, I had to return to get my tires balanced. Apparently they were not balanced on the first visit. This is the first time that has happened in the last 7 years I've been with you.

My family and I have been taking all of our cars, trucks and vans including my work truck to Chris and his guys for the past 16 years. They have always taken excellent care of us, we will continue to use them and refer them to all of our friends and family Dave

we have been your customer many times in the past 5 years and I do not appreciate the attitude of the person who was at the counter when my wife came to pick up her car and asked if the alignment could be discounted. from what she said, he was condescending and border line rude. not a problem, they are other tire service in the area.

My past experience with Big O in El Dorado Hills has always been excellent. I have recommended Big O to several of my neighbors and friends. I'm never disappointed with the service or quality at Big O. Keep up the great work! Thanks, Garth

Customer service needs improvement. When I called the guy on the phone Steve was very nice and said he could repair my tire and have me back on the road in an hour. I showed and got some other guy at the counter who was rude and very short with me. Acted like he didnt want to help. Told me he was keeping the truck 2.5 hours and charged $25 to fix it. I should have gone to American Tire where repairs are free and I would have actually been on the road in an hour. I wont be returning to Big O.

I left my truck for an oil change and rotation and balance of the tires. I told the service writer that I had just purchased the truck and did not have the key for the wheel locks. I returned to pick up the truck and was told they could not find the wheel lock so the rotation was not done. I asked if they could order one. The response to this I do not remember, but I have not heard form anyone in the store since. In my youth I used to work at a Big O, so I had some brand loyalty. In addition your location is convenient for me, however I would like to have the tires and oil done at the same time. So I may be looking for an alternate location to service my truck.

Marty at the El Dorado Hills, CA location always greets everyone like they were an old friend. When taking care of my car issues, I really feel that he cares about the issue as if it were his own car. I really appreciate his level of customer service!!

brought the car in for an alignment, due to the shaking of the steering wheel at above 60. Left with the shaking of the wheel at above 60. no change... would have brought it back in, but on a time sensitive schedule. a bit disappointed.

Chris, Thanks again for getting the product I needed for my 69 Camaro. I especially appreciate the care you give to my custom 11x19" wheels. I bought tires just because of 1 tire that had a nail in it and don't like mixing tires, I had to go back 2 days later the truck shook about 60-65 mph for a re-balance. They said it was done the truck still shakes as much i think its the tires that were put on the truck only has roughly 22k miles on it and 2 wheel drive. I'm not sure what needs to happen. Not to pumped about the ride of my truck now with the new tires. Thank you

I had a tire changed which was fine. On my drive to San Francisco, I noticed that all my tires were 10 pounds over-inflated from what the factory said they should be. It provided for a little bit more dangerous of a drive.

I used Big O tires in EDH to help keep our money local. Customer service is very friendly which is a big plus. I took my wife's car to have one punctured tire replaced and was told it would only take an hour to complete. There was a separate car similar to my wife's at Big O EDH. There was a mix up on the tires and cars which resulted in her car being in the shop for over 8 hours. I also took my truck to Big O EDH to offer them a second chance. There was a mix up on an order of 4 new tires as well as a mix up on my receipt which created further issues with a rebate program that was offered. (Still working to correct that one). Again, I was told it would be a quick process however my truck was not completed until the next morning. During my time I spent in the facility of Big O EDH I have noticed a lot of rude comments from employee to employee and what appears to be bad blood between the individuals at the counter as well as the guys in the service bay. There is one individual there that is absolutely outstanding and seems to try to work around all the other issues, but he can't do it all himself. Not sure I'll be back except to get my tires rotated and balanced when it due.

Our family has been a loyal customer of the EDH Big O store for 16 years. Over the years Chris and his team have consistently provided us great value for the dollar, outstanding products and very high quality service for numerous vehicles. We enthusiastically recommend doing business with Chris and his team!

Car was towed in. Fixed the issues, but now the car smells when going on the highway. Took it backs couple times. They couldn't figure it out. I realize they r a tire shop, but w that many mechanics working there I think they should have figured out why it was smelling that way after they serviced it. It didn't smell like that when it was brought in. Now I have to take it elsewhere to get it fixed.

I'm curious if this comment will prompt a response from Big-O. As a long time customer, dating back to the '90s, I was surprised when I was charged an additional $20+ for labor for my oil change and tire rotation. This made my bill exceed $70. My wife typically services her car at the dealership, but I opted to take the car locally this time around. I was shocked to see the price, and even more surprised to see that labor was added onto the bill. And I thought the dealership was expensive... it looks like they are the better deal. In all my years coming to Big-O, I've never been charged labor on an oil change. After purchasing countless sets of tires, brake services and paying for 20 years of oil changes, it makes me reconsider coming back. It's an integrity thing.

Took me home and picked me up. Great service!
