Have a few problems lately, They can't seem to get my e-mail correct. The previous time I went in, someone left a tool piece in my engine and I thought I might get a free or discounted oil change this time-no such luck.

I came in to have an oil change and to have an oil leak looked at. I also asked for someone to help out with the dash lights that stay on even after servicing. I was told those things would be addressed. When my car was finished I was given the final price for the oil change and tire rotation, but there were no notes or comments on the other issues. The person who took my payment had to go back in and ask the worker about the oil leak, who then went back out to the parking lot where my car was moved and looked under the car. He then reported an oil leak and nothing more, said I'd have to go somewhere else to get it taken care of. The sensors that kept the lights on my dash active were completely ignored. I know Big O doesn't do engine repairs, but the salesperson at the desk confirmed that they could assess the oil leak problem and make a recommendation. He could have just told me they don't do that from the start. I probably won't go back to Big O, even though I bought my tires there. Not good service.

I came in with complaints about suspension problems in my Dodge Grand Caravan. Your technicians could not find anything wrong with my vehicle. And they changed two old tires. The vehicle was actually totalled with an engine mount ripped from the subframe. Big O Tires sent me home in an unsafe undrivable vehicle after you charge me $300. You also damaged my lug studs and charge me for the replacement. All of this work done on a totaled vehicle. Seems like malpractice making pointless repairs on a totaled vehicle and dangerous sending me home in an undrivable vehicle. Horrible experience and no one has reached out to me to apologize

After paying for alignment on 10/3/17, I was told I needed to replace my tie rods and ball joints estimated at $1000. I asked if it made sense they did the alignment despite the defective tie rods and ball joints. They said it should help.I was also told that the alignment is guaranteed for 6 months. On 11/11/17, I went back for realignment after I had my tie rods and ball joints replaced at a different place for only a fraction of their original estimated cost of $1000.When I told them I had the work done at a different place, they were charging me for the cost of realignment and refused to honor the warranty of my first alignment. Hungry for money!!!!!!

Came in for a simple oil change..... Staff noticed that the front two tires were pretty worn....Knowing that Winter was coming, I said to put on new ones. Returning 90 minutes later, they added 4 new tires instead of 2....Reason?...Because the car was an all wheel drive. Wish the clerk was clearer about that!!!!... Was not planning on spending $600+ that day

Big O put new tires on a totaled vehicle they misdiagnosed my vehicle said there was no problem with it it actually had and engine Mount ripped from subframe. Malpractice putting new parts on a totaled vehicle. Endangering my life sending me home in an undrivable vehicle. This should be Criminal and they have not apologized to or reach out to me

I came in Friday and had a flat tire fixed. Well the problem now is it never got fixed as the tire is flat and I am out in Rancho Murieta stuck. I am just letting you know of this experience as I have had much positive luck with your store for many years.

I brought my newly purchased tires in for their first rotation and at the same time thought I'd get my oil changed. I was treated rudely by the service clerk with thecomment in the title when I stated that their price for the oil change was $20 more than the dealership where I bought the car.

Chris very disappointed and shocked with the last car you serviced. The lug nuts were not properly tightened after you put on new brakes on my sons car. This could've ended very badly but luckily another entity could fix the problem that you caused. Sad to end the relationship with your Big O but not worth the risk and lack of oversight on the quality of work preformed. Praying you place quality checks and additional training for future customers.
