Big O Tires

We have been bringing our cars (family of 4 drivers) to you for over 15 years, (EDH & Folsom) however, over the past 3-4 years we have had nothing but trouble.... this most resent visit has us at our wits end. We brought a 2010 TOYOTA TUNDRA, in for a simple oil change, only to have it dripping oil out...the next morning we had a puddle of oil on our driveway and it left a trail from Home all the way back to your store. Yes, your counter help was courteous, and helpful. But sadly, we do not feel like we can trust your service technicians to work on our cars. Even last time the Tundra came in for tires, when we drove away they had not been balanced and was immediately noticeable....had to come back and have it completed. In Short, tires and oil service are not up to par at this store.

Couldn't have been better

I called Big O and asked about a tire rotation and brake check, they said to come on in as they were not busy at the moment. The check up on my car was done within 20 minutes. Since I was on my lunch hour, this was perfect!!!!

They order me tires Monday, put them on on tuesday. Fixed my brakes and power steering while they were at it. Thanks guys!

I recently came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was great. The only issue I had was after I left and continued on with my day I realized my replacement sticker was not there. I had to make a trip back in to get my sticker. Inconvenient to have to drive back but not a super big deal.

They fixed my two RV tires that started going flat as we were driving our trailer through town. They took us right in, did the mounting right away...and got us on the road. And I think the price for the tires and labor was very fair. Good job, guys.
