I work across the street and I can take my car over, they take care of anything it needs and I pick up after work. So easy.

Well, Cris and the team sure provide good service. I only hesitate saying this, fearing they will get too busy! It's good to have the combo of good service at a fair price. I also enjoy getting the reminders that service might be due, and the coupons.

This Big O has always been warm and professional. They ask what you need, are never pushy, and just get the job done. Best Big O in Bay Area in my opinion.

I purchased two tires, for my old truck, which were balanced and installed within two hours as promised. I will return for other maintenance services for my truck. Very satisfied with the experience.

You always give A+service-Chris even asked how my son's Jeep was doing right when I walked in the door, the fact that he remembered was impressive. The wait time is always less than quoted.

I drive all the way from Brentwood to come to this Big O. Ivan, Chris and all the staff are wonderful. They have been servicing my cars since I was in high school. They answer my questions, give me solid advice, and are overall awesome!

I picked up a nail in a tire which resulted in the need to replace the tire and thanks to Big O's road hazard warranty the tire was replaced for free and I was on the road.

The dealership really misled me. I always come for my tire pressure check to this location and they are always very kind. I reached out for help and they took me in very fast and explained the whole process and even guided me for future timely car requirements to keep up to date, much better. And any extra questions were well answered.

I made an appointment, received a call saying a deposit was needed, very polite conversation. The appointment was scheduled for the next day. Received a call saying the tire could be completed the same day, I was unable to come the same day. Dropped my car when the store opened, my appointment was at 10am, my car was ready by 9:15. Polite staff, excellent service.
