I called ahead for a battery and installation. I spoke with Danny who double-checked the fitment and he quoted me a fair price. I drove to the store and was politely greeted. This was my third time with this store for different things (wheel alignment and two battery installs). My wife and I really like the store, the people, the service, the attitude, etc. The guys are great! Of course, the actual service is quick and done well.

Big O looked at my tire issue three times without charging me. Found a solution without charging me. And actually seemed like they worried about my safety. They LISTENED to me. And I did end up getting brakes because I had to spend some money after such great service!

A great job, as always.

In addition to my oil change I had my brakes checked. Fortunately I didn't need new brake shoes, but I appreciate an honest auto repair shop. I also had new windshield wiper blades installed.

Finding a shop that has tires in stock and able to do walk-ins fast is very hard. I am happy that I was able to walk in and get my car turned around in less than 45 minutes

I’ve done business with Big O Tires here in San Ramon for many years with no issues or problems. The employees are very professional and helpful and my experience was awesome. I didn’t want to wait while my tires were being installed which wasn’t a problem at all, their driver gave me a ride home and then when my truck was ready came back and picked me up. First class service!!
