I first came to this location a while back when I needed tires. I 100% chose Big O after reading online reviews. It was Ivan's replies to reviewers that brought me through the door. His replies were not the same scripted ones you usually see. Like the replies on YELP the staff is down to earth, honest, direct and top notch professional. You go in for a service and it's straight to the point without hard oversell of other products or maintenance. Prices are reasonable and there is no suprise additional cost. The team at Big O has been beyond accommodating the times we have been there for tires, oil changes and during this last visit for car battery.

I have been coming to this shop for 20+ years and they have always done great work at a fair price.

Cris Padagas is very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting needed maintenance service. He follows up with a call if an additional service is needed after initial inspection. A+ customer service! Very convenient location with shuttle service.

After volunteering at the museum in Danville, my dashboard showed the low tire sign. I went directly to Big O. They immediately told me to sit down and they drove my car to the back. The bad news was I had a screw in the side of the tire that could not be repaired. The bad news was they recommended buying two tires so they would have the same tread. I am an old (91) lady and I appreciate the time they take to explane all the problems to me. I have been going to this big o for many years. This is my second car that they have taken care of.

I made an appt for specific service & everything went smooth from entering the facility to waiting fir my vehicle. The service & price was where i expected. No surprises with excellent communiction. My service advisor even honored a request for further inspection relating to my scheduled wheel alignment. Glad i chose Big O for my service needs.

This place can fix more than tires!!

I just came in after noticing a tire was low pressure and that the nail was visible. Big O got me right in, repaired the tire AND rotated and balanced the set for me. All free of charge. Thanks Joe!
