We have been Big O customers for over 25 years. We keep coming back to Big O, and specifically back to Ivan Schuplinsky, because of the excellent service we get every single time. He explains everything in detail, he is very honest with us about what needs to be done and what we can wait on to have done, and he always communicates timely. Although we know he treats everyone the same, we always feel like we are the most important customers, which is the sign of excellent customer service. This is also the reason we will keep coming to see him to have all of our cars serviced.
