Because the staff is friendly and extremely helpful and caring to the customer. The environment is friendly and comfortable, due to the employees there. A customer feels taken after they come in and when they leave with an excellent result om their car.

Joseph was awesome. Quoted me a battery price that I expected and didn’t try to sell me anything more. He also told me that I do need tires but that they have a little life in them and again didn’t try to push new tires on me. Mechanic Sam was also able to help me clear a warning message that kept coming on. All my issues were fixed!

The price for the wheel alignment was discounted and the associate was friendly and accommodating. I brought the car in over an hour early and they got started right away and finished in less than an hour.
