There are several reasons that this store has my business and loyalty. The straight forward honest approach of every person I have ever spoken with, the fast service results (typically ahead of the estimated time), and the information on what should be considered and what is not really needed to be done at that time. Although I have only needed to visit another store location away from the area for alignment check, it was at no charge. So the number of locations is also a benefit. however, as i mentioned previously, I always come to this San Ramon location for all services they offer on all our cars (5 at the moment).

They took car of me when my battery died, and they had lost power in the shop. I left the car and they competed the work first thing the next morning. Super friendly!
