Big O Tires

I was pleasantly surprised when I called to get a quote on a brake job with how friendly and knowledgeable Cris was! My original intent was to shop around a bit, but talking to Cris made me realize this was the right place to go!

Chris was able to answer all my questions and communicate any changes to my service and my bill.

I have been and will continue to use Big O's service. I completely trust and feel comfortable leaving my vehicles in good hands. Everyone I come in contact with treat me with respect and honesty. The staff. Chris did/does a great job. I've been here several times and it's always the same. Honest communication, consistant service and all options laid out plainly. My only complaint, they are always busy which usually means leaving the vehicle.

Timely service without an appointment. Very friendly staff.

I asked if someone could drive my car to listen for a strange noise I was having. I was helped right away, the problem had a name...sway bars...my car was put in the shop, parts ordered and in 2-1/2 hours the job was complete. I also had my wheels aligned and an oil change. A courtesy car took me home and picked me up when the work was done. Very kind customer service and my car runs so good. Thank you all so much! D. Greer

The associate was very helpful and welcoming.

I called 30 minutes before they closed with a dead battery. They said come on over. Took me quickly and had my car in shop in minutes. While I watched everyone busily cleaning up for the night they took care of my needs with a smile.

The associates were amazing at explaining things to me, providing options, and working to get me a fair price. Also, they went above and beyond to create a report to help me get a warranty fulfilled rather than try to sell me something. Good, honest team.

Above and beyond: I was in quite a bind. I was donating my time on a homeless woman's car. The brakes were worn so far that the caliper went beyond its travel and all the fluid came out. I was able to get the donation for new brakes, rotors and calipers. All went ok but I was not able to bleed the air out of the system. I took it to your team at San Ramon Big O and they took care of it and also identified I had the caliper reversed (L&R) All went above and beyond. I ll always trust their team. Thsnks

Enjoyed waiting for my car. Great customer service

I had a great experience. Chris offered a clear synopsis on the condition of my vehicle and explained the repair options. However, the cashier presented a receipt of total charges that were not accurate; was missing item details of other work performed & did not match the total charge. Instead of correcting the error & reprinting a new invoice, he asked if I wanted a new invoice. Of course I need a complete itemized invoice! Ultimately what matters is trust & confidence!

Excellent Service

I went in to have them replace my front brakes and they took my car right away at lunch and was done long before my work day ended. About a month ago, I purchased new tires there and I was notified that I may need to replace my brakes soon. My dashboard and the signals my car gave me weeks later verified that!

Truck would not start every time it was turned off. Had to be jumped 3 times in 2 days to get to work and back to hotel. Called Big O tires to get it in after I got off work on Tuesday morning. I knew that it wasn't the battery or alternator so it had to be something with the connection. I explained what had been happening and they pulled it into the service Bay to check the problem. They discovered that there was some corrosion on the battery terminal that would not allow the battery to connect to the system. They cleaned the terminals and the cables then tested it several times and that was the problem.

Early bird drop off, followed by instruction called me for updates. Excellent experience as always! Been having our cars serviced here for the 17 years we have lived in San ramon. Your survey won't let me submit without checking at least one of the boxes above....which sucks

Chris is amazing. He is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, we always ask for him great customer service. I tell him what i want/need and he gives me expert advise and recommendations. The checkin was easy, Chris updated me and then called when my new tires were installed and my car was ready for pickup. He explained the invoice and what was completed and the warranty's. Thanks Chris, its because of you that we always go to Big O for our tires and a lot of service for our vehicles when the complete the warranties.
