Big O Tires

It was a very busy Saturday afternoon but they managed to squeeze me in to check out the tire. Turned out the valve was leaking and they fixed it immediately at no charge. Thank you San Ramon Big O Tires!

I got four new tires and an alignment. At the time the Big O team recommended I come back after 2000 miles as my alignment had been considerably out of spec to insure their adjustments were holding. I dropped in without an appointment after 2000 miles and car was immediately taken to the service bay. I was given an estimated hour for the work so decided to wait. Waiting room had wifi and Giants game on, 30 minutes later I was on my way with a positive report that the alignment was in spec. Excellent and quick service.

We have used San Ramon Big O for probably 10 yrs+ and have NEVER been disappointed!I stopped in around 4pm the Friday before 4th July weekend after a 2 hour nightmare commute because my tire pressure icon had come on.I was worried about my 4am commute over the Altamont pass the next morning and they were so helpful in squeezing me in ... even though they had been slammed that day (being the day before a holiday weekend).So grateful to know you guys come thru in a pinch.Kind and understanding service is much appreciated.

The owner and crew at BigO Tires in San Ramon, CA went beyond the call of duty in addressing an error caused by the BigO outlet in Lafayette, CA, which ultimately required the full replacement of the punctured tire.

Fixed my tire in under 30 minutes- upfront pricing and didn’t try and sell me on unnecessary stuff. Great quick service

had to have the car towed as new car had no spare! can you believe you pay $44,000.00 for a car and the company gives you no spare but that was my surprise when I call AAA to change the tire, no tire with new car!!!! So had to flat bed the car to BIG O, GREAT SERVICE. and the new tires are wonderful

I am a member of San Ramon Chamber and want to buy 4 new tires at San Ramon Big O, who is also a member. Joe P. helps me before and during service day to pick the right tire and service. Even though there was technical issue with a pressure sensor, Joe works hard over lunch to correct it and get the job done. I appreciate that.

Chris always takes care of me. He keeps me in the loop through the entire process.

I wanted my tires rotated and my brakes checked. I phoned to make an appointment but was told to just stop by. There was almost no wait when I got there, I dropped off my car and went to lunch with a friend. I was notified that my car was done by the time we left the restaurant which worked out perfectly.
