Great staff, great facility, great service

Quick service. Service Advisor explained everything ver well.

As always Big O came to our rescue. I was helping our niece with a newer car purchase and in going over the car, I found that the previous owner had installed wheel locks and the key was nowhere to be found. I was trying to find a way to remove these locks with no luck so late in the day I went to Big O and my friend Cris came out and said no problem. Come back at 8 in the morning, have a cup of coffee and I will fix it in a half an hour. I did that and the car was done with normal lug nuts (or bolts) in record time and my niece is safe to have a flat without worrying about being able to get a tire removed for repair. Thanks big O.

I've recently moved to area and have quickly become a fan of your location. You have great friendly staff who's knowledgeable and professional. Your rates are very reasonable and you have a good clean wait area. I've tried two other Big O' Tire locations, but rate your location to be the best one of all three. Chris is always so helpful and knows his job. It’s always a pleasure to have him write up the work because I know it will be done correctly.

The staff is always quick to greet you when you come in, and very professional as you discuss what help you need. In this case I had a slow leak in one tire, and within two hours they had repaired and let me know the car was ready. You can always count on them for quick and quality service.

I am elderly, so it takers a little more time to explain things and generally explain things. The folks at Big O always explain what needs to be done, the cost, and if there is an option. I have been going to this Big O long before my husband died, and I will recommend them to everyone. Price is great, service is tops.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate Chris. I have gone in there a lot over the past year and worked with him and every time I leave I feel taken care of and not taken advantage of. Thank you Chris for your efforts!

Easy online appointment. My car services were completed before the estimated time. Staff were friendly and helped me get in and out to carry on with the day. I will be returning.

I have been to the store twice and both the times the service has been excellent. Today I went in to change the oils in the car and the person who help me Kaajal was very helpful in helping and explaining it me about the overall inspection which was done. Sometimes it is the little things. That I can merely have my wife (not all the knowledgeable about cars) drop off the car for a mere oil change with a sense of confidence that it will be done without drama. Thank you, Ivan for the secure sense we have when we come by with all of our cars.

My tire pressure light lid up while on my way to work, I exited San Ramon and went to the Big O store. The staffs are very helpful and singled out the damage tire very quickly, it was fixed within 20 mins from start to finish. Extremely friendly environment and highly recommended!

The staff are outstanding. When I pulled into the parking lot I was greeted outside, by a staff member ready to help me with my flat! They explained what was wrong and why a new tire would be necessary and I was out the door within the hour. I go to the San Ramon Big O for all my tire needs, and I recommend them to everyone! Just great overall experience!

Excellent service. Found an issue with the car (oil leaking) after an oil change at Big O Tires and brought it back. Ivan was helpful is getting the problem resolved and even had the car washed and cleaned.
