Big O Tires

Overall great service. Great price on a set of Sumitomo tires. Tires were in stock and wait was about 2 hours. Only bad thing was that the installer touched the drivers door panel with his dirty hands and left dark marks on my tan colored dior panel.

Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable personnel. Service peformed in the stated time frame.

I went in for an oil change, and they brought to my attention that my water pump was leaking. I had no idea it was starting to go. They did the repair right away, and saved me lots of trouble down the road.

I stopped by Big O in San Ramon since my low tire pressure light came on. They took care of the tire in an hour for free! I had a nail in my front left tire and they patched it! I offered to pay, the service staff refused. I offered a tip, and he still refused it! Amazing service!

I came on a busy Saturday morning and just needed an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take about two hours until they could start on my car. After about 45 minutes they called my name and my car was DONE! Somehow the bumped me to the top of the list! Well done guys! I always leave happy!!

I came to big o directly from the car dealership where I waited for 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me (and that was with an appointment) their quote was overpriced and was going to take a day to complete. Love the good pricing and fast service of my big o. Thanks!

I brought in a flat on a run flat tire right at 8:00 a.m. when the shop opened. The staff was able to have me on my way by 8:45. Service was courteous and efficient and the waiting area with coffee and donuts was appreciated.

Turns out I had no issue with my brakes, so I wasn’t charged. I really appreciated the check and honesty.

I had an out of balance tire so Big O balanced and checked all four tires at no charge. Also they pointed out that two of my tires were UV and weather checked even though the tread was adequate. I tow a 19 foot travel trailer with this truck and tires are very important so I ordered the tires and had them installed the next morning. Both appointments took less than an hour each as I like to wait for the work to be done. I will never go anywhere else. The San Ramon Big O is the best. Great people also from top to bottom.

Staff is always friendly. They are honest about when work will be done. I receive a phone call when work is done and don’t have to call them.
