I bring this store all my tire mounting work for my endurance race car as well as oil changes. They are always friendly and easy to work with, even when they're busy.

Every single employee was friendly and helpful. No attitudes, everyone genuinely wanted to help me out from the salesman to the driver who drove me home in the courtesy vehicle. TOP NOTCH Service. VERY satisfied with the team.

I had 4 new tires installed, alignment done, and a completely rebuilt front suspension. My truck drives fantastic now with drastically reduced road noise and increased gas mileage. Everyone at the store was fantastic and they really worked hard to make sure everything on my vehicle was perfect. The best tire store- period.

Great customer experience: I know that I could have gone to Costco and got my tires for about $70 less than I paid here at Big O.However I wanted to go to a place that is the whole package.They check and fix alignment, flush fluids and use nitrogen in my tires. I get a great customer experience and complete service at Big O. My time is worth more than the $70 dollars I would have saved by going to Costco and then having to take my car to another place to complete the other service items.

My vehicle was towed to the premises in my absence and it was received by the technician and replaced all my four tires with hokohama brand. Technician also advised doing and alignment and the work was clean and done in a couple of hours. A curtesy van was sent to my house to give me a ride back to pick my vehicle in a timely manner. This is excellent service.

Very professional staff and knowledgeable about tires. They recommended a good tire replacement for my vehicle without trying to sell a more expensive tire with rationale reason and explanation. They were competitive in matching price with online TireRack.com. Big O did a wheel alignment with a one year warranty and offer wheel alignment check up every three months for one year as part of the wheel alignment job. Unless you do a lot of pot hole driving, every three months might be a little excessive. But good to know that you can have it done every three months without charge. I've been a repeat customer of this location for a number of years and some of the personnel here have changed over the years, but they still seem to have same level of quality customer service that I have come to expect. Keep up the good work and reasonable prices, and you'll have me as a customer of awhile.

They were helpful trying to find the right tire and after they installed the tire it still had a leak. They identified the air leak which was a little rust on the rim and ground it smooth and sent me on my way. Good honest service

I stopped by to purchase tires. Sam was very helpful. He provided options, explained the product and pricing. He is the definition of ‘o were customer service! I’ve been visiting this location for 20 years. You staff is a hugh reason for that.
