Big O Tires

I just came on for an oil change and tire balance. The work was done in about an hour, and met my expectations. Arriving early in the day, as recommended, saved some time. The staff was courteous. Some elements due at the 90,000 mile service coming up were noted, like air filters. The only thing I would have asked in addition would have been resetting the electronic oil change reminder instead of a window sticker.

I had to have major work on my vehicle. Not only did they finish it earlier than the said, they saved me money, AND treated my cricket and I like we were their only customer.

I purchased an Interstate battery for my Sequoia last March (2015) only to have it fail on me 17mos later. I took it in, told them my problem w it, and they replaced it without any hassle; no hesitation.They did it quickly and made sure I wasn't late to pick up my son from school. So awesome! Incredibly refreshing customer service and quality guarantee. They were friendly the first time (when they got my money) and incredibly friendly the second time, when they didn't. Would absolutely go back again.

Chris and the team at the San Ramon Big O make the purchase and service experience quick and easy. The cost estimate was spot on without surprises and the estimated time to complete all work was ahead of schedule. I used to shop at other Big O locations, closer to my home, but I am now going to make the drive to see Chris and the team at Big O Tires in San Ramon exclusively.

We needed to replace a single flat tire. They offered a less-expensive alternative, to save us money, but were also nice when we insisted on having an identical tire to the other three.

made an appointment so I could schedule my day. when I arrived they said a lot of people were ahead of me and it would be about three hours. why bother to schedule!

Got a text with a follow up call from KC. Stopped by, paid and on my way. Transaction was in-out! Thank you KC!

Samuel Moraga was the service representative who helped me. I bought a car from a friend who had purchased her tires at BIG O Tires. Samuel helped me by checking each tire to make sure each tire was in good shape and letting me know how old the tires were, and he explained that I couldn't use my friend's tire warranty. I had a coupon for different inspections and a tire rotation; I also wanted the tires balanced. He made this happen for a reasonable cost and that solved the problem of my car shaking at 65mph. He was very helpful, patient and kind about explaining things to me - definitely an all-star!

I commute from San Jose to San Ramon each day and last week I was having trouble with my tire pressure light. I purchased my tires from this location and they check the tires and found a nail in one of them. However on the way home the light came on again, but went off once I got into San Jose. I called and the person said to bring it back in to see if they had reset the light. The came one on my commute into San Ramon the next morning at 5:25 am. The person helped me said that the light needed to be on for them to check and see if the tire pressure sensor was out. That did not sit well with me because I commute, so I called back and spoke with KC. She was totally amazing and understood by concern about commuting and not really know what was going on with my tires. She asked me to bring my car back in and would check each tire. Bless heart she took really good care of me. Two of my tire pressure sensors were out and she had the pressure checked in each tire to re-assure me that the tires were ok. She order the TPMS and brought the car back on Friday. I was thankfully to drive home Friday afternoon with peace of mind knowing my tires and TPMS were just fine. KC is my new hero. I will continue to do business with Big O Tires because of her.

I arrived at a time when it was not too busy and was greeted right away. I just needed a tire rotation and the service agent was very efficient and competent in getting all the paper work done. I came back in about one hour and everything was done and waiting for me. I have always had a good experience at this location.

The associate named Chris is super friendly, highly energetic and very professional. I love coming to this store knowing that Chris is employed here.

I dropped in without an appointment planning on leaving my car for the afternoon. The shuttle unfortunately was not available. The guys were able to get me back on the road in about an hour. I was very impressed. Thank you, keep up the good work.
