Thanks for taking care of the flat tire so quickly! Family was in town visiting for the weekend and the quick and great repair to get us back on the road again is truly appreciated!!!

The technician and management were very friendly, honest and promt.

Joe Profeta greeted me and welcomed me back as a customer. They changed my oil and rotated my tires, and did a measurement on my tires to make sure they were wearing properly. I told Joe that the "check gauges" light was on, and he took the time to copy the correct pages out of the Jeep manual so I could have it fixed properly. I think he went above and beyond the call of duty and should be commended for taking such good care of me, and my vehicle.

Despite the shop being busy and a possible longer wait time, service was completed well under estimated wait time.

Kasey and Chris (the usual staff with whom I speak) are always efficient and friendly. We are kept up to date on work, recommendations are fully explained, and the shop cranks out the job quickly. They make the experience as easy as possible.

Love the staff here especially Chris. He is energetic, and super friendly. And the driver Bobby is always available to drop off me off at the gym while my suv is being serviced. Awesome service and awesome staff.

I have been a Big O customer for a few years now. What I really like is your policy that within a certain amount of time you’ll replace tires for free, rotate tires for free, etc. Well because I had a leak in one tire I assume that at least two tires will be replaced, and I was expecting the bill to be $300 or $400. But when I walked in, the person who served me said that the my tire was under the replacement service plan (warranty?) whereby I didn’t have to pay for the replacement tire, only labor. I had forgotten about this service plan, so it was a very pleasant surprise to hear that I was only going to be charged for labor. It made me feel kind of special not to be charged, and it’s one of those things that makes me loyal to your company. Thank you very much. Gary Ellis

Everyone was professional & polite. Chris' service was very as efficient as could be. The shuttle service is extremely helpful. Bob was kind & brought my phone back to my house after I left it in my car. I really appreciated that! My flat tire was replaced & I'm back on the road. Thank you to the technicians in the shop, too. It really is team work.

We did not have an appointment and just were in the area and decided to just drop in. I was very happy that we were able to be fit in to your busy schedule. Even though we had a bit of a wait it was a pleasant day sitting outdoors and even better getting our car taken care of.

Cris is amazing!! I was going to the Dublin store and felt like I was being overcharged and having services added on that were not necessary. Cris was very honest and my van was done in a timely manner. Will definitely make the drive for this kind of service. Thank you!

I just came in for a routine tire rotation. I was greeted as I entered the store. The attendant took all the relevant info. and said my car would be ready within an hour. When I came back, the car was waiting for me. Great service.

Cris was the person who helped mean and checked me in. It was easy, and Cris was professional and friendly. I was called when my car was ready to be picked up and it was hassle free. Very pleasant experience.

Very smooth process.

I had a flat tire when I came out to my car before going to work. After AAA put the spare on, I drove to BigOTire, and was helped immediately and didn't have to wait long. And even better, the fee was minimal as I had just gotten the tire this last summer, and it was replaced.
