Big O Tires

I love Big-O and have always had positive experiences. The San Ramon Big-O, however, is my favorite. I bring all of my cars to them. They are always helpful, honest and fair. I am impressed with their wealth of knowledge and expertise. I also like their wonderful communication. I could not be happier with this business!

I met with Cris and Big O did an oil change service on my daughters Mazda 3 saving her a ton of money over the local Mazda dealership. They also checked the brakes and the pads were still good. The Mazda dealership told my daughter that she would need front brake pads on this service, hmmm. My daughter said that she will be going to Big O from now on for service.

Came in about a year ago with my 2009 MB E350 that needed a wheel alignment after MB service dept. in Fremont had told me that the tie rods were nor adjustable. The mechanic at Big O told me that they have adjustable-after- market tie rods that they use. They were installed and the problem was taken care of. Very satisfied with their service.

Scheduling, staff knowledge, price, service

I always feel I get more than I expect with these folks.. brought my van in the day after I had service done on my Subaru here because it drove so nicely afer they worked on it.

Chris has always been a good service representative to work with and is knowledgeable and friendly. Also, the location is clean, stocked with complimentary beverages, and has free wifi.

It seems that your offer for a free alignment is just an opportunity to make an extra $125. The price I got online for the job was less than the actual charge. I needed to get it done so I did not quibble over the extra cost. They did get me out of there in 2 hours which they promised.
