Good people, good service, hope it doesn't change. Danny has been my go to guy for my last couple services but they are all very good very professional. Never a bait & switch tactic for coupons etc. hope owners/management recognizes and takes care of these valued employees...

My first call to Big O was very friendly, I spoke with Ivan. He was happy and professional, explained the wait time and also shared the best days to come in.

Cris was very helpful, polite and friendly. He explained everything that needed to be done. He also called me about a couple items that were found after the initial inspection and got my permission to go ahead with the repairs. He was honest and straightforward and I felt that he wasn't trying to sell me things that my car didn't need. Thanks, Big O and Cris for a great experience.

I have three cars so I am careful what I get or need to spend. These folks have been taking care of me for several years and I am always satisfied with the prices and treatment I receive. Straight talking folks and I trust them.

Great customer service, starting with my advisor Cris Padagas. Cris and the team are knowledgeable and professional. My go to mechanics for all my vehicles for the past several years.

The only complaint I would have would be when you walk in the get the attention of a sales person their backs are to us on their computers and sometimes they do not see us. Have waited in line a few times which I can understand when it is busy but with their backs turned to us they can not even see us or say I will be right with you. The staff is great.

I have been going to big o with my problems.. recently I was stuck on hiway 680..the tow truck towed my car to big o.. as soon as the car arrived the crew jumped on it..they found the problem.. my wife and I were driven home by the nicest person...I was home a half hour when the phone rang and chris called saying the car will be ready in a half hour!! remember now..i have a 1990 camaro...the crew has been fixing my problems for a lotta years...keep up the good work guys!!! joe Aiello..

Chris is awesome. My husband called ahead while I was waiting for my battery to be jumpstarted and when I got to Big O he took my car right away and got the new battery in very quickly.

Great m, quick service

I went to the BigO tires that was closest to my house asking for the same service and their estimate was $2000 HIGHER. Christ at this bigO was so nice and helpful and didn't want to price gouge me like the Danville location.
