I have been coming here for years and I have always found Ivan and his staff to offer excellent customer service.

My overall experience was wonderful.

Whenever I need work done on my car, I take it to this particular location as it's across the street from where I work. Since I've been working from home, I made the drive to this location to purchase new tires and get an alignment. The people there are familiar with my car and I'm familiar with the staff so that bolsters my trust in their care.

When my 'check engine light' went off, I knew I had to get it checked out. As usual, the folks at Big O Tires told me step by step what would happen. After running a diagnostic, they called and told me what the problem may be and the cost that goes with that. Got another call telling me what they found, how it can be fixed and how much it would cost. All in all, the problem was fixed at a savings to me. The folks at Big O Tires always find a cost saving solution to my problems whenever I visit their shop. Great service!
