Big O Tires

Ian awsome, he recently emailed me a mileage correction the same day a mileage correction on a mutual guest of a 2007 big blue FJ. Made my job in reporting to Carfax easier.

I knew I needed tires soon. Chris the sales associate who helped me let me know that I really should get them before the winter rain. It was still summer so I had tread left for a few more thousand miles. In Nov I went for an oil change at the Dodge dealer and he mentioned it was time for times. He quoted me and I called back Chris. Not only did Big O match the price but gave me a better road hazard warranty. Chris also had my old quote on file. I went ahead that day with the new tire purchase and by 4:30 the tires were on and I was back on the road. It took less that two hours to install. I am very satisfied.

Chris is an excellent representative for Big O. He cares to be candid and resourceful to a customer's needs. I enjoyed working with him. He has been helpful on each of our cars and has a plethora of knowledge.

Staff is polite and courteous. I feel confident quality work is done to my vehicle.
