Chris and the whole crew were cordial and helpful. Service was prompt. I needed to be out in a couple of hours and they made it happen.

I felt I had people who knew what they were doing and found a problem that I wasn't aware of. I think the tech guy explained the problem very well and cared that I understood it.

I stopped by with a tire with a slow leak. They fit me in right away and I was as good as new in less than an hour.

I had car towed in after they closed, left a message for them to fix the tires, got a call first thing in the morning and they were done. Paid over the phone, picked up car after they closed. It was a smooth as possible.

I called them in the morning, took the car in around 12:30, and before 2pm, it was ready. Everyone was extremely helpful, polite and very pleasant. thanks!

Great service & no complaints

As usual Team Ivan were on their game! I've been a customer at this location for over 15 years and they continue to operate like a well made machine.

The shop has always provided great service. All the service personnel know me and are familiar with my vehicle. They are also available to answer any questions I may have regarding the timing for service or delaying service.

We love working with Cris and the staff at Big O. They are always doing their best to make sure that things are as convenient for us as possible.
