Chris at the San Ramon store is the only person I trust with my cars. He is honest, polite and professional. If he left the store, I would go elsewhere.

Exceeded my expectations in every way!

I receive a cupon at the fair for a discont oil change. They got the job done with there usual friendly efficent maner. They even cleaned and dressed the tires.

Walked in with a flat at 5:45 pm. They close at 6:00 but stayed late to fix it and I was out the door in 20 minutes. Awesome

There are several reasons that this store has my business and loyalty. The straight forward honest approach of every person I have ever spoken with, the fast service results (typically ahead of the estimated time), and the information on what should be considered and what is not really needed to be done at that time. Although I have only needed to visit another store location away from the area for alignment check, it was at no charge. So the number of locations is also a benefit. however, as i mentioned previously, I always come to this San Ramon location for all services they offer on all our cars (5 at the moment).

Went there for tire rotation. Also wanted to check alignment, brakes and tire pressure sensors. All I needed was rear brakes and was not oversold for unnecessary work. Very honest.
