Ivan was great! I called him before my wife went down to have a damaged tire looked at. My wife is 9 months pregnant he set up a ride home and a ride back to the shop so she didn't have to wait there. I can always count on this location to take care of my family's vehicles. I love coming to this location to get my car serviced. But can someone please tell Chris to lower his voice and not be so intense, over the top and loud? He gives the place a tense atmosphere. Nothing against him but everyone else is so calm and honestly when I am there I try to avoid him having help me. I hope you won't mention I specially said this but maybe speaking to him about his demeanor would help.
