3 DAYS AGO I ACME TO BIG-O TIRE AND I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK A GENTLEMAN BY THE NAME OF IVAN GREATED ME WITH A VERY PLEASANT VOICE, I ASKED HIM THAT I NEED IT A CAR INSPECTION I PROVIDED IT HIM THE INSPECTION FORM IT WAS DONE WITH IN 45 MINUTES. I EXPERIENCED THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FROM IVAN, HE OFFERED ME COFFEE AND DONUTS. IVAN IS THE BEST EMPLOYEE HE KNOWS HOW TO HELP CUSTOMER THE BEST. THANK YOU IVAN

Went in to have a screw and nail removed from my tire.Ivan was very helpful on the phone and in person.This is the second time I have gone to San Ramon Big O for a tire fix and both times, I left feeling like I was appreciated as a customer.

I called Big O in need of a new battery. They said that they had a replacement battery in stock. I brought my car in that day and within one hour had a new battery. Excellent service.

big o is customer oriented, they just get it. i want my product quickly, friendly and done by knowledgeable staff.

I dealt with Chris who was knowledgeable, professional and earned my respect for not trying to up sell me to higher performance tires when buying four new tires for my 14 year old Lexus, which only travels 5 k miles a year. Something I've experienced at other tire centers. They even pointed out the small leak I have from the valve covers on the car and quoted me a price to replace the gaskets that was half that of my local service center. Good experience all round.

I got my car aligned on a Friday afternoon waited about an hour and the car drive smoothly! Great customer service they added notes in the system to remind me o the next time I need to get an alignment along with an estimate.

I walked in (without) an appointment. They were able to get me in and out. They figured out the problem with my car and fixed it no problem for a really good price.

Four weeks ago I had my oil changed and had intended to have my tires rotated but was missing the key to the wheel locks. The oil change service was excellent as expected. Two days ago I returned with my wheel lock key and asked to have my tires rotated. They were very busy but fit me in that morning. My wait was only 90 minutes and they didn't charge me for the service.
