Big O Tires

Ever since I started going to Big O Tires in San Ramon I haven't taken my car any other place.

I got my car aligned on a Friday afternoon waited about an hour and the car drive smoothly! Great customer service they added notes in the system to remind me o the next time I need to get an alignment along with an estimate.

People were professional and friendly, clean environment .Made recommencement but no pressure for extra services.Easy in and out location too.

I walked in (without) an appointment. They were able to get me in and out. They figured out the problem with my car and fixed it no problem for a really good price.

Fast. Knoeledgable. Courteous. They even opened the door a minute early so we wouldn't be out in the cold weather.

Four weeks ago I had my oil changed and had intended to have my tires rotated but was missing the key to the wheel locks. The oil change service was excellent as expected. Two days ago I returned with my wheel lock key and asked to have my tires rotated. They were very busy but fit me in that morning. My wait was only 90 minutes and they didn't charge me for the service.

I called 30 minutes before they closed with a dead battery. They said come on over. Took me quickly and had my car in shop in minutes. While I watched everyone busily cleaning up for the night they took care of my needs with a smile.

Chris P. (not sure how to spell the last name) is great; knows me, knows my cars, always professional, knowledgable, and friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised when I called to get a quote on a brake job with how friendly and knowledgeable Cris was! My original intent was to shop around a bit, but talking to Cris made me realize this was the right place to go!

I have been and will continue to use Big O's service. I completely trust and feel comfortable leaving my vehicles in good hands. Everyone I come in contact with treat me with respect and honesty. I asked if someone could drive my car to listen for a strange noise I was having. I was helped right away, the problem had a name...sway bars...my car was put in the shop, parts ordered and in 2-1/2 hours the job was complete. I also had my wheels aligned and an oil change. A courtesy car took me home and picked me up when the work was done. Very kind customer service and my car runs so good. Thank you all so much! D. Greer
