Big O Tires

I am a member of San Ramon Chamber and want to buy 4 new tires at San Ramon Big O, who is also a member. Joe P. helps me before and during service day to pick the right tire and service. Even though there was technical issue with a pressure sensor, Joe works hard over lunch to correct it and get the job done. I appreciate that.

Short wait and great service

I wanted my tires rotated and my brakes checked. I phoned to make an appointment but was told to just stop by. There was almost no wait when I got there, I dropped off my car and went to lunch with a friend. I was notified that my car was done by the time we left the restaurant which worked out perfectly.

store opened on time, and was greeted when i walked in.Forgot the guys name,but very helpful.He asked if i needed a ride home,but I stayed.I always come here for my cars brake and tires.The best!

I've been bringing my 2 Fords in for service for a few years now. Your store has this policy of not using customers own parts. I can understand that policy if you were doing mechanical work - Brakes - Shocks - AC Work - Tie Rods etc.... but a oil filter or a air filter ?? I worked as a Parts & Service Director for a Ford dealership for 35 years and I prefer OEM and always will. Hopefully you will take another look at this policy.

The employees are always knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Quality of service is above average and very good, although I have had issues in the past where the oil filter was not properly seated resulting in leaks, and in one case the improperly seated filter blew off under pressure and the vehicle had to be towed to the dealer. All in all I am happy with the service I have received over the years, and appreciate the professional staff who are willing to listen and make thinks right.

Joe (service manager) was great to work with.

Delivered on what they said they would do and the price as quoted. I bring all four of our family's vehicles here and overall have been satisfied with the service and pricing.
