Big O Tires

Customer service rep was rude and appeared to be discriminating based on race. Answered my questions a bit angrily and was not polite all the time I was standing next to his desk.

went to the San Ramon store and Casey and Ivan were excellent customer service professionals. Pleasant and helpful with final pricing matching quotes and timely service with a ride to work as a bonus.

I defected from my previous car repair shop because they come up ways to make you spend more money. I have contacts from friends that are mechanics, that give advises what to watch out for in other repair shops. Big O Tires didn't disappoint so I stick with them. One star off because waiting time often exceeds way over their suggested time of repair. Perhaps too many customers.

Went in to order 4 new tires on a Friday for installation the following Thursday. As luck would have it, two days before scheduled appt, one tire caused me to abandon my commute to work, requiring a call for tow service. A quick call to Big O and they said bring it on in. Short time later all 4 tires were installed and I was ready to go. Joe was very helpful in all interactions and never once made us feel rushed to make our decisions. This is a busy location but we have used them for our 4 vehicles since moving to the San Ramon area in 2003 and never once been dissatisfied. Keep up the great work guys!

I just had my car detailed and the car came back with spots all over the drivers side, which was odd. Easily enough to clean up but surprised. Also surprised how little care they took in installing the tires. The inside of the rims were not cleaned, easy enough to wipe down, and the previous weights were ripped off and the tape was left behind, looks terrible and I had to clean up all 4 rims. I have been coming to you for 10 years for all my tire needs and spending 2600 on a set of tires I would have appreciated a little more care vs a quick swap. The rims were also dirtier than when I brought them in and had to hand clean them. Disappointed all in all.

Fixed all my problems. And I am demanding.

7:45 AM, I was at the shop. The first one in line. Dropped my car off. The manager offered me a ride home, instead I took a stroll to the Coffee shop 10 min away, had a good chat with some friends. The Manager called me personally that the car was ready, stroll back. Basta! Happy!
