They do their job on time. The things that irked me were1. They quoted $35 inc tax for a normal oil change over phone. This increased to $40 when I went there. 2. They gave estimate and prepared for a synthetic oil change even though I mentioned multiple times that I wanted a normal oil change only. Had to make them prepare the estimate again. It would be better if they show more inclination to listen to the customer. Some customers really do know what they want.

I am usually very happy with Big O but my son took the Taurus to have a tire repaired so he could drive to Vallejo to see him regular mechanic about a check engine light related to a transmission until warranty. He specifically asked your staffNOT to turn off the check engine light BUT not only did they turn it off they did not write do the code. My sons mechanic was furious and my son - a delivery driver - has already missed 2 days work waiting for the mechanic to drive his car around until the light comes back on. Very disappointing!

Two major concerns: 1) service advisor attitude, leaves much to be desired. I've had similar experience with same advisor in the past. 2) parts cost appears to be excessive (as compared online).

I felt my relationship with the service person was adversarial. It was difficult getting the information that I needed. $90 of extra services were added on to the bill without consulting me and I had to discover it by asking the details of the services. My car was available to me 2 to 3 hours after the expected delivery time.

I was told my power steering fluid flush would be $98 and the total turned out to be $129.95. I was told since I already had cabin filters they would just install them for me, they didn't. Would have been nice since I brought my daughter in that day and she bought four tires and a tire alignment. So I feel I had a bait and switch. I was told my service was around $139.00, but charged around $179.00. I came here instead of Goodyear because I didn't feel they were trustworthy.

Should have asked if I wanted high mileage oil, if I was down on oil, how the tires looked after rotation was done. Just because I am a woman they need to communicate to me like you do my husband

We purchased 4 new Perilli tires from the San Ramon CA store and we left satisfied but the next day I saw a commercial that there is a rebate on four tires so j called the store and they were unaware of it and I looked on the website and it was there also local fair tickets were being given away if you spend $50 and we spent $1123 and NO ONE offered us any tickets or informed us of a rebate! I find this very unprofessional!!

I wanted to keep these comments to myself but since your system insisted, well, here you go. On the day of my car's repair (my AMEX posted Oct 19th) at 5:05PM, I spoke to Chris to ask if the driver had left your office so I can meet him outside Bishop Ranch 6. Chris replied that the driver was on his way and that I needed to wait. When I explained that it's already been 15 minutes since my first call (4:50PM) and that I would like to get an ETA directly from his driver, I was told that he doesn't have his driver's phone number. I find his response very unusual and waited for another 10 minutes. When the driver finally arrived, I asked the driver if Chris or anybody in the office has his phone number in case they need to call him and he said "yes". I was upset upon learning this and felt like Chris had been very cocky with the way I was treated as a customer. This is not the first time I've reached out to him. I really like your competitive pricing and transparency in service but I don't feel comfortable dealing with your service rep's approach and avoids him as much as possible during my many visits.
