I wish when I bring in my car it would not take 2 hours to get my my car tires rotated.It seems to be about the average time it takes no matter what time I bring my car in.Jiffy Lube, next door to you guys can change my oil and rotate my car's tires in under 30 minute.

Tire pressure warning light went on after I picked up my car. All tires were inflated well above the manufactures guidelines. Certainly shouldn't have this problem with a tire shop.

I had two tires replaced and all four wheels aligned. During this three out of four of my cars alloy wheels were damaged. I know this happened at the store as i was the car 48 hours before and hadn't driven it since due to the lock down. The shop took responsibility for two of the damaged wheels but not the third. I feel very let down that my car was damaged and then responsibility was denied by the shop.

Super disappointed that they tried to upsell me on everything when I went to get only an oil change. They then said oh you wanted this service or need this or that. Anyway, the staff was nice but really annoying. Also, I thought I was going to get my tires rotated but they didn't do that. Oh well. I'll go somewhere else next time. Don't like feeling being taken advantage of.

After I picked up the car the battery went dead. Whoever did the work did not tighten down the battery screws. I had to jump the car twice and get it back to get it fixed. This could have been a very bad issue if the car died on the freeway. You fixed it the next morning after I jumped the battery and drove it back in.

Brought my car in to have battery replaced and asked them also to look at a tire which had a leak. Battery replacement went fine and I assumed they fixed my fire as well. 3 days later, the low pressure warning on my car lights up. I suspected no one looked at my tire as there were no signs of it being handled. Now I believe I was right. They charged me $25 for doing nothing!

My experience for the second and last time was not great! I was told at 3:30 they were not busy it would take 1and 1/2 hr. Went back on my own at closing time(6:00) and told me not ready. 6:45 car ready. Asked how the alignment went and told me the guy put his initials and unknown weather it was checked because he went home. Did not charge me though. Still don't know about alignment ? Second and last time. This is the San Ramon big O. I have had good expirence in Dublin though

My tire needs were properly analyzed (different width tires on front and rear), they were ordered promptly and I was informed when they arrived. When I went to have them installed I was told that it would take "90 minutes" so I just decided to stay at the store and work. After the allotted time I was told that they were "a little backed-up" but that my car would be ready soon. After two-and-a-half hours I was told that my car was ready but I could have my complementary alignment check done in about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I was told that the alignment machine was backed-up (they only have one) and it would be another 15 minutes so I waited. Then I was informed that (surprise!) my tires were out of alignment and needed to be aligned for $139 but I would receive a $50 discount because of the wait. By the time I got done it was OVER 3.5 hours to change two rear tires and align all the tires which pretty much shot my day. Obviously, if I had been told this was the actual time it was going to take when I arrived I would have come back another time or gone elsewhere. After all of this time in business don't you think they could project their workflow a bit more accurately??? I've had good luck with this location in the past but maybe my luck has run out...

The staff in the front seems that filing paperwork is more important than helping a customer. He had me wait until his filing was done before he could help me. It could have been done after he helped me.

I ordered tires to be installed by BigO tires and they installed the tires however; they were mismatched. I used Purchasing Power to buy my tires and had them shipped to BigO tires to install. Instead of making sure that all the tires matches, BigO tires installed them. Now I have 3 Continental Contact LX and 1 Continental Contact Tour installed. When I asked the manager what happened and he said they installed what they received. Now, I have to get them un-installed, and re-installed. Also, I paid for alignment rather than courtesy alignments. My question is, they knew I ordered Continental Contact Tour, since it was shipped to the store directly, why didn't they make sure that they had the right tires. Now I have to fight with my vendor to ship the right tires, get them installed and uninstall the other ones.
