Big O Tires

I asked 3 times before I pick up my truck if the tires were rotated and the answer was yes. I had marked one of my tires because I had a problem in the past and when I picked up my truck the tires were not rotated. I showed him were I marked the tires to prove it. His reply was the mechanic told him it was done. Michael Green

my experince excellent

They did not fix the head light ($45) in spite of "replacing it". No test or followup documented. Requested suspension inspection to address tire cupping and ride harshness, they told us to go to a shop that works on Volkswagens. Quoted us $140 when called for pickup. Upcharged to $170 (no reason provided) when picked up. Terrible service.

After dropping off my daughter's car the night before, it wasn't even started until 11:30 am, and I sat until 3:30 pm before they finished replacing four tires. 4 hours, really?!

Superb Service as usual!

Poor communication with prospective customer. Went in for a possible flat. Dropped car off at 11 am I had to call for status at 2pm. Stated I needed a shuttle ride back to pick it up. joe said he would call shuttle driver and have him call me. Another hour passed and still no communication. I called back and again was told the shuttle driver would call. It's now 3pm. Thankfully my son got off work early and took me to get my car. We arrived and the shuttle driver was there and I watched him in auto bay gabbing with the guys. Now if customer service was a priority he probably should have been on the phone for his next customer pick up. Thanks for the bad service it guaranteed my decision of not purchasing tires from Big O tires!

Always a great experience

I am very disappointed in this place. I thought they were good guys but I found out otherwise. When I brought my car/Toyota in for a $29.99 oil change I came out paying $117 for an oil change. I will NEVER EVER EVER bring my car back for any type of oil change or service. Lesson learned never ever go the cheap route. What makes me mad is they told me I needed an air filter. I believed them. This is where the story gets good. My coworker brought her car to get her tires rotated and got a call from one of the salesmen there and said she needed an air filter. What kind of sense does that make? So I guess the day we brought our cars in was "Air Filter Day and Take advantage WOMEN DAY!" I knew then that I was robbed blind on some mess. You will NEVER EVER EVER have to worry about me bringing my car there EVER again. Toyota was cheaper and more reliable. Yall can keep all that mess you got going. Since this stupid survey make you give a star rating. I had to give one star. This place deserves NOTHING.

The absolute best service

I brought my Audi here because my family liked this place and uses the services somewhat regularly . My Audi had a service light come on that only needed to be reprogrammed - which could have been done at the dealership for $80. Big O Tires tells me to turn off the service light I need to get my breaks changed and an air filter replaced. I say fine. When all is said and done, THE SERVICE LIGHT IS STILL ON. Big O tires says they don't have a technician but if I want to come back they take another look at it. This was the day before my road trip to LA from San Ramon. So not only did they not do what they said, they upsold me and then blatantly told me they didn't know how to fix the problem. I called out and they told me immediately. Very disappointing end to a good relationship. *Also, the girl flat out lied (2x) about when my car would be ready - ended up missing a meeting Bc of it

The salesman was nice and helpful. Then there was the uh-oh "you need this" up barge. Then there was the almost 2 hour additional wait to the already over 3 hour initial wait time to the point that the salesman had no support and actually went out want put the tires back on the car himself when I pointed out how long my car had been up on the rack with nothing going on. Other jobs/customers must have been more important. Not cool!

i purchased a tire to replace a worn out one ---in just 10 days the tire shredded on the outside edge i took the tire back wanting a replacement and they REFUSED they took the tire off my rim and gave me back the rim but refused to replace or give me back the tire i purchased. i went to les schwab to purchase another tire and les schwab offered to sent the big o tire back for me so i could get a refund. how great is that!!! not even their tire but they were willing to help me. a tire should last longer than 10 days. it was a manufactuer defect, but big o should have replaced the faulty tire and sent it back to manufactuer not leave me with a $70 bill and no tire. i will never go to big o again and i urge everyone to never use them...they area corupt company -i wrote the head office trying to get a refund --i didn't even get a response. it may have been just that san ramon store but when the corporate office doesn't care or respond i say no more of my business----PLEASE DO NOT GO TO BIG O TIRE!!!!!! this survey would not allow me to leave no stars

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The next day one of my tires were completely flat. I had to put on a spare and take it back in, thinking it was just a flat. Had to wait another 3 hours to get serviced. Come to find out the core valve was bent when they performed my tire rotation the previous day so all the air seeped out. I wasted 5 hours of my day because they could not perform a simple tire rotation properly. On top of that, they could not find my wheel lock. After they looked everywhere for it, making me feel like it was my fault, it was on the wheel. They never took it off. Ridiculous!
