They wanted to add charges on my bill not requested and was not very trustful, when left found car drove poorly and all tires under inflated by about 10 psi

I came to have tire alignment and check for slow leak at one of my tires. Staff got those taken care of in two hours. After repairs are done, I asked what's causing slow air leak on the tire. I was told it was the TPMS. Ok, I was confident they fixed it. Two days later low tire pressure light came on again. I was already at work, my tires are flat. My coworker helped me inflate temporarily till I got home. Hopefully my side threads are still ok, otherwise, I could be paying bigger expenses for a new tire that I could have saved if it weren't for your bad advice. I'm taking it back to you early in the morning on my day off when you have time for me, not in the afternoon when you guys are too busy for me. My last two services with you are not as good as a long time ago when I first got your services. You're customer satisfaction is going down hill.

Big O sold us 4 tires that were the wrong size. When one went flat they charged us for the new tire due to it being unrepairable. Now we own one tire the correct size and 3 tires incorrect. They did nothing to fix it

The other big O tire stores are sucks, but Dannie at San Ramon store is very caring and have good customer service. I to to San Ramon just because of his customer service other wise I wouldn't go to any big o tire stores because they are not really caring people. Thanks to Dannie I still stay with big O tire.

Always customer friendly. I came in to get my tires rotated and with a smile a no charge and even shuttled me back and forth. that is why I will buy my new tires and brakes at Big O San Ramon.

The service was excellent with sales people that were easy to talk to about the "grey areas". I was given an honest opinion of my situation, not a sales pitch. I appreciate that; that was the reason that I went to that Big O Store in the first place.
