Great friendly service!

Took >1hr for them to complete installation a rim on my back passenger tire. Offered doughnuts and coffee in a very well kept up clean area. And plenty of space to wait in. I took my car in and immediately had it taken to the back. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to assist me. The gentleman that were there were the same guys I talked to. They helped me go online to order my rim on a low fast shipping website. The rim looks exactly like the others so they were able to assist on that.

Once again Ivan, Sam and staff at Big O in San Ramon delivered exceptional service. My Highlander needed four new tires, an oil change and alignment. They did all this in less than 80 minutes on a late afternoon Friday of a holiday weekend.
