Big O Tires

The staff checked with me each step of the way to make sure I was ok with any additional services to be added. They were able to take me in right away and the time to be completed was reasonable.

All our cars have been taken cared of by professional technicians that do their job right and honest.

I drive down from San Leandro because the service is so great (get there early, there's a line by 7:45!), and the guys are so approachable and friendly. I've never felt pressured to have work done, and I always get information before I have to make a decision. Once when I mentioned I was about to drive to LA and back, he ran out and checked the tp of my spare- now that's extra. I bring my car and both of my kids' cars here- so I'm trusting them with my kids's lives... huge deal. It's pretty awesome to know that I'm not getting taken advantage of, like so many other places do to women. Thanks, guys!!

I was very happy with my visit yesterday to Big-O in Newark. I've purchased some trailer tires and other tires there in the past, so it was natural for me to go in when I found a nail in one of my Jeep tires. I was about 3rd in the queue for repair work, and in less than an hour they had pulled the nail (and a screw in a different tire that I hadn't even seen), and did it at no charge since the air was not leaking out of either tire. Nice surprise! Thanks guys.

It was on a Saturday morning and very busy. I was the first customer requiring a wheel alignment. I got there at 8:30 and left around 10:30. So yes, I was highly satisfied!

I purchased tires from another Big O Tire branch and Jonathan at the Newark branch was helpful and fixed one of the two damaged tires. He also contacted my original shop to ensure the warranty tire was on hand when I could have it installed the next day. I am very thankful and satisfied with the service I received in Newark!

I have been going to Big O since I got my first car and I have always been satisfied. I recently found out y’all do oil changes as well! I have been frustrated trying to find a place that I like but I will go to big O going forward!

Little longer than usual, other than that everything was great.

We were on a trip and had a problem with our tires being out of balance. Jason White took it upon himself to literally squeeze us in to fix the problem!! Not only did he go out of his way but the job was finished early! The tires were cleaned, the wheels balanced perfectly and done with the utmost professionalism, care and quality! We have never received such great treatment from any tire store! The very best! A huge thank you to Jason White!!!

I found a place to take my car for mantance and it's done correctly the first time in a timely manner and a reasonable price. That's a perfect fit for me.
