Jason was accommodating and friendly. It was easy to schedule service. Christian at the front counter was clear, concise and treated every customer before me with efficient speed and respect. Alex, who drove me to work was while I waited for my service was down to earth open and made me feel totally comfortable. What a great experience all round!

My name is Andrea, I came in last minute and was worried I was going to get turned down since it was a Saturday evening and they were going to close in an hour and I needed new tires after getting a flat and found out all my tires were worn out. As I walked in I was greeted with a big smile by the young lady at the front, didn’t get her name but I believe she mentioned it was her first day. As someone who works in customer service, her smile made me feel welcomed! Her manager I believe (Jason) was VERY helpful and gave me details on the tire promotions they had and was very patient with me. Jason made sure I was helped and satisfied with my purchase so I didn’t have to come in another day. I was able to get all 4 tires replaced in less than an hour, thanks to Jason and all the workers in that day!
