Christian was a great representative of the brand. His friendly and positive and professional attitude made a huge difference in between choosing this company. The boss Jason actually was kinda rude to me at the front desk. Not a good look for his establishment

At 3:00 pm Tuesday I hit a curb and destroyed my tire. I called a bussiness after waiting for AAA to get my spare on that I knew about and they had the tire I needed. However, they said that they could not help today because they were closing in one hour. I really NEEDED a tire. I had work the next day that required driving to multiple places the next morning, If I could not drive my car, then I do not get any pay or income at all. Then along came Big-O tires. My call to them was at 5:08 pm and they close at 6:00 pm. I got there at 5:25 pm At 6:05 I was driving home with a new tire and I earned money the next day thanks to Big-O tires.

Great service

The sales person Sunshine made sure my vehicle was to be serviced right away knowing that I was in a time crunch. I really appreciated her making sure the guys were working on my truck to get me back on the road again.

Had a nail in my rear tire, and they repaired it very quickly, and at No Charge. I was extremely thankful for their help.

I've been coming to Big O Tires for years now. My current 2 vehicles both get serviced at Big O Tires. The work done here is great. Always honest and up front with the wll being of my vehicles. i'm never disapointed when I come here. Great Job!

Great staff

The Big O Tires team promptly started at my appointment time. Shortly thereafter, they identified the issues - made the repair and had me back on the road. Really appreciate there expertise and professionalism.

I had an appointment for an oil change on my 2007 Lexus 350. The work was good and done promptly, including tire rotation. They did inform me that my front brakes were down to 5 mm and need to be check on my next oil change. Everything else checked out ok. There was no pressure to do any other work, which often happens at other the dealership and other shops.

I have been coming to Big O for years now. The Newark location is awesome. I don’t see the employees often, but I think they take care of their customers regardless. Ever since I purchased wheels for my 6 series back a decade ago, they’ve always made me feel welcome.

I believe their names were Ashley and Victoria or Veronica, they were very kind and knowledgeable. They allowed me to bring in my dog and let us wait for the time. The mechanic, I never got his name, was also very kind and gave me some advice to keep on eye on a few things for my car. Very thankful for the place and will definitely be coming back.
