Great customer service

I went in to get an estimate on 4 tires, and was pleased and surprised that it was less than the estimate from my usual shop. I brought just the wheels and tires in to have the new tires mounted and balanced. To my surprise, employee Ashley gave me another discount. The next day I brought the car in, with the new tires installed by my friend, to have the wheels balanced. I live a short distance from the shop, so with that and the great service, I'll go back soon for front tires on my pickup.

Mr. Jason White, the franchise owner greeted me, made my app the Friday before, then met me Tuesday at my appointment. He saw my car go through each of its stages of work. Everything went very smoothly.

We were very happy as always with the service and expertise we receive at Big O. We recently had our car plus our college age son's car fitted with new tires. They also caught some other issues and promptly notified us. Thanks so much for the excellent service!

Jason was very clear and concise in helping me choose tires for my car. The work was done in what I consider a short time frame and I got updates on the work every step of the way. My new tires are AMAZING! There is way less road noise and the car handles so much better. The adjustment to the alignment really shows up in smooth steering and feedback from the steering wheel itself. I definitely notice a huge improvement.

Jason and his team always are very welcoming and fit me in when ever I call and have my truck ready for me when I need to pick it up. That is extremely important for me as I live in the mountains but work down in the Bay Area and I prefer having my truck serviced down here as I am comfortable here.

Service is always thorough and exemplary. DJ always checks for discount coupons that could be applied for the service that I am getting. He is very professional and customer oriented and his thoroughness is appreciated.

As always a great team and experience

My windshield washer fluid was empty and I was t told, thought they'd check that since it was raining that day. Also a recommendation as to when marked services need to be done, ie dirty power steering. Also a complete explanyof what was done at check out. Thank you all very much: fast and courteous service.

At 3:00 pm Tuesday I hit a curb and destroyed my tire. I called a bussiness after waiting for AAA to get my spare on that I knew about and they had the tire I needed. However, they said that they could not help today because they were closing in one hour. I really NEEDED a tire. I had work the next day that required driving to multiple places the next morning, If I could not drive my car, then I do not get any pay or income at all. Then along came Big-O tires. My call to them was at 5:08 pm and they close at 6:00 pm. I got there at 5:25 pm At 6:05 I was driving home with a new tire and I earned money the next day thanks to Big-O tires.
