Jason helped me and he was accommodating from the moment I initially made the appointment. I am returning soon for my tire alignment and brake change. My Sister had to drop and pick my car up for me due to me working and everyone at the store was amazingly sweet to her. Then Jason went above and beyond keeping me updated on my car via phone. Thankful for the Staff and great Customer service.

Jason and his crew just did a major repair for my Honda odyssey. This will be the 3rd major repair they have done to my Odyssey in the 12 years, 300,000 miles I have owned it, and each time I could not be happier. They are better then any dealer in repairing a vehicle. Thanks again to Jason and his crew for great service and especially to Jason for being more then fair at the price of the repair.

Easy to get in for service. Keeps you informed on the status and any service issues. Explain why and what is needed if a repair or maintenance is needed.

Jason White and his employees at this location treat people respectfully and as friends that they are happy to see. I feel they actually care about my satisfaction at all times. In this case, I worked with service manager (Christian?) who saw an issue with a battery that was previously installed at this location. No stress... they did further testing and replaced the battery at no charge (well, the battery was charged). Jason White was hands-on in the front room and everything went well even though they had a lot of unexpected walk-in clients during this time. This is the *only* place I take my car anymore. I asked if additional services might be needed since I was taking the vehicle for a road trip next month, mentioned that they do point check of the car and will call if additional services are needed. Got a call few hours later and said vehicle passed all inspection and was ready to be picked up. I've been going to the same location and have given recommended services previous times. Glad that it's paid off in the end

I always feel that your team looks out for my car. I have been bringing my cars here for 20years and each time I get great customer service and think that your prices are competitive. At this most recent visit, I had some transmission and water pump issues that your service advisor thought might be covered under my warranty, so he recommended that I contact the dealership to try to save me some money. That level of courtesy is not common today and it makes me want to keep bringing my cars here for service. Thanks for the great job!
