Big O Tires

I've been buying tires and having my cars services at the Newark Big-O-Tires for many years now, and the improvements Jason has made are noticeable. I'm always greeted warmly and when discussing the needed services, given options as to which service is necessary NOW, and which can wait. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area as a go-to-shop!

Everything went smoothly

I have been a Big O customer for over 20 years. Jason White and his team are the greatest over there. I just bought another set of tires for my car and they were great! Dropped off my car in the morning and it was ready later that afternoon. I would not go anywhere else than Big O. They are the best!

I thought the car was running rough and they checked it out and said it’s in good shape. I appreciate the honesty.

Guys were all professional. Store was already closed, my car was still in cue. I appreciate that all the crew was still working to get the cars finished up even though it was already about 45 mins passed the stores closing time, and they were just about to start working on my car. I had to wait for the car, a bit longer, but no worries on my end.

I came in with two popped tires in the middle of the night and i came in just before closing. They set me with a manageable price of 240 for two brand new tires plus rotation and disposal of the old, the Newark location even said if i came back they'd honor the price of 240 for my back tires as they know I'm short on funds. I'm definitely going to have my car serviced here for the foreseeable future!

Great service

I had no problems, everything went smoothly.

I've been going to the Big-O in Newark since I moved to the city in 1995. The store has always been community-friendly. When Jason White took over as Manager, everything went up a few notches. Of the improvements, customer services is at the top. I've witnessed and experienced the service managers work with each customer based on their situation, budget and time constraints. They make it happen for all our Newark residents.

Jason and his employees have always been great to me and my wife and thats why we will not go anywhere else. A couple weeks ago, my wife got a flat tire. Unfortunately it was almost closing time and Big O Tires, Newark was packed. Jason went out of his way to accommodate us knowing I had a meeting that night out of town and my wife had to be at work at 5am. The tire fix couldnt wait and he didnt want her to drive on the spare. Jason took care of it without question. Awesome customer service! As a result of their continued excellence, I brought my wife's SUV back in this past week, this time for a full set of new tires and oil/filter change. Went with his recommendations and had the Michelin Defenders installed. What a huge upgrade from what she had. Loves the ride, the look and how quiet they are. Once again, awesome service and great price. As a result, I will be scheduling my 2018 Duramax for new tires here soon. Thanks again for keeping me and my family safe on the road.

My maintenance experience with cars has included a lot of grown men taking advantage of me and my lack of knowledge. I felt taken care of and advocated for by Ashley and will always come back if she is my service advisor.

Quick and easy to get a flat repair

Quick service, friendly staff, and a clean location. My only advice might be to put some signage on the side of the building directing folks towards the front entrance. It is not clear that the back side of the building cannot be driven through to circle back to the front.
