Used online tire request, called the next day with a quote and answered a few questions. Reserved the tires. Day of install, requested inside tape weights, and mounting black out. All requests followed, called when job was completed. A perfect balancing job. Very happy with the quality of service.

Easy to schedule appointment...was early, Service Rep, Christian, was very friendly, polite and accommodating. He told me about an hour and a half wait...work was finished in about 1 hour and 10 minutes. I've been a customer of Big O Tires several times before and trust that I will always receive top-quality service.

DJ was very knowledgeable and gave a recommendation for tires that fit my needs exactly at a fair price. They were courtesies and fast in the installation of the four new tires.

It's wonderful to know when you go into an establishment that they will take care of you and your vehicle without trying to take you to the cleaners! I changed all 4 of my "high end" tires to the Big-O Legacy and very pleased! I'm also getting all my services done through my Newark location to maintain my vehicle. Stellar Customer service!! Had a new rim to replace a bent one and did not know if a new tire was needed. After a thorough review of the car was made, I needed nothing more than a new valve stem. Great service and professionalism. This was a surprise after another company told me I needed 2 new tires. I will definitely be back! Thank you.
