Easy to schedule appointment...was early, Service Rep, Christian, was very friendly, polite and accommodating. He told me about an hour and a half wait...work was finished in about 1 hour and 10 minutes. I've been a customer of Big O Tires several times before and trust that I will always receive top-quality service.

Jason and Melissa are amazing. They make my experience so easy every time. I also didn't check that they met at my vehicle or got offered free services because I park pretty far away on purpose, and go in knowing exactly what I need/want. So that's no fault their own, it's me being a pain in the ass :)

Had a new rim to replace a bent one and did not know if a new tire was needed. After a thorough review of the car was made, I needed nothing more than a new valve stem. Great service and professionalism. This was a surprise after another company told me I needed 2 new tires. I will definitely be back! Thank you.

I have been to this store twice. Both times I had a great experience. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the care that was shown for my vehicle. I take very good care of my cars. My vehicle was returned to me as clean as it was when I got there. That means a lot. I will be doing a lot of future business with this store.
