Big O Tires

The customer service at this location was fantastic. I came in with a Groupon, as the website listed them as a participating site, but when I arrived, it turned out they were not. Rather than turn me away, they honored the price I paid for the Groupon without batting an eye. Awesome service and it turned around an annoying situation. Definitely coming back here for all my oil

The owner and his lead manager Christian are always available to answer questions and solve issues. The staff that works on the vehicles are very knowledgeable and the owner and Christian facilitate a good working crew

My tire blew out on the Dumbarton on my way home from work - by the time the tow truck got there and got me to Big O in Newark, it was 5:59 (they close at 6). I didn't ask the name of the gentleman who helped me but my receipt says Christian. He stayed late to help me out, and I was on my way home before 6:30 at a reasonable price. Super nice, accomodating, and professional, I would highly recommend them. And thank you!!

The Newark store is awesome. I have taken all my vehicles there over the years and will continue to do so. They take excellent care of my vehicles, explain every step and have never failed to solve any problem.

Glad I switched over to Big O Tires from the tire shop across the street.

I’ve been going to Big O tires for a long time due to their service. Companies approach me to buy tires through wholesale which I can get the tires for a little bit cheaper but no service. Not only did they give me great service on my tires, rotation, alignment they help me with maintaining my vehicles.
