I have been a customer at this Big O tire shop for nearly a decade. They have always taken good care of my family, our cars and the prices are reasonable. Great service team members, and customer service is top notch.

I have been bringing all my cars to this store for wheel/tire replacement and break & suspension issues. I always have a very nice experience in all occasions I've been here. Jason is an honest person, he is a straight shooter and no B.S.

Great customer service

Woke up to one of my tires slashed and needed to purchase a new set. Called just before 11 and was assisted by Ashley who was quick to find the tire I wanted and even got my order in just a few minutes before the warehouse deadline. After the order was complete she called the warehouse to double check that my tires got onto the truck. A few hours later she called me back to the shop and they were done in about 1 hour. My thanks to Jason as well for buying me food from a local vendor during my wait, that's A1 customer service right there. Would come back again.

front desk rep was helpful and kind. contacted me for any other things they noticed. called back after service to thank me. overall good cusyomer service. tire and alignment technician did a good job. only wished you had more tire brands available.

I was able to get in quidkly, the service was delivered as promised: on-time and with the specified work. Service reps were friendly and helpful.

My second visit to Newark Big O Tires this year, the first in May to buy much needed tires and have my brakes checked. Not surprised to learn the brakes were getting close to their end. I had the back brakes done, and came back this month to finish the job in the front, plus my oil changed. Tires rotated, everything checked.. . In both instances I couldn't have asked for better customer service, advice, and pricing....and all completed, both visits, in much less time than I would have expected based on past experiences elsewhere. Well done everyone, and thank you Jason White, for being so very helpful. All around, it was such a positive experience. Your team is great!

Jason and his crew know what they are doing and are very good at it. Found my problem and fixed it fast. They also stand behind their work!!! Very professional! I have lived in Newark for many years and this location has been a hit and miss when it comes to service, since Jason has taken over it has become a hit every time. I will not go anywhere else since they fix it right the first time and their rates are very reasonable. Keep up the great work!!!!

I have been going to this shop since Jason took over. Jason and his crew are truly professionals and so willing to help. I have had a lot of work done here. Lately my 13 year old van starting leaking coolant , it was spraying coolant all over the front of the engine. That day a great guy name of DJ helped me out and showed me where the leak was coming from. A new radiator was installed with new holes at a reasonable price. What surprised me was that they cleaned all the coolant off the front of the engine. I was not expecting that. Since I was there It was time to rotate and balance my tires, again to my surprise , they cleaned the rims! . Excellent job guys!!!

Customer service! The staff every time I’ve been there. Staff is tentative to the customers. Fine example of what true customer care is all about. Communication with the client, asking the right questions, making sure they get it right.
