Big O Tires

Hello, I'm always satisfied with the customer service here, everytime. Even when I wait, I see everyone working, moving and never any slackers. I'm always treated respectfully through the passed 9 years or so. I also want to personally thank the employee who quoted me on the new tire and fixed my other tire. I never got to thank him when we left. I'm also grateful that the team is friendly and patient with my little one over the years. Christian was great at ordering my tires. Notifying me that they were there and was very easy to talk to schedule an appointment. Went there and dropped my car off and was finished by the time they estimated they will finish and was great at notifying me at my request to update me if my car needed alignment and gave me a discount on top of it too, really friendly guy and would recommend Christian and the services of these guys again.

I will go back this store again.

I Dropped in for a oil change late in the day Jason was able to help me out and take my car that afternoon..while in the shop for tire rotation he found one tire with sidewall gouge and was able to replace it covered under big o warranty.

Associates were very helpful in explaining a previous tire knot plug installed elsewhere and repaired properly, complimentary fob battery replacement. Will return as a regular.

The staff made it easy to purchase the tire. They did all the ordering and let me know when it arrived. The only dissatisfaction I had was that they couldn't fix my tire. But the staff and whole team made it easy to have the tire replacement done.
